About iCANApply
iCANApply is our service to help companies in the insurance sector connect with talent from the iCAN community.
The scheme was developed as a response to feedback from iCAN members who voiced that more needed to be done to ensure ethnic minorities and international talent are being given as many opportunities as possible within the insurance industry. The focus of our partnerships is to bring the latest insurance industry recruitment opportunities from across the United Kingdom to iCAN’s growing community, further enabling them to continue to build lasting careers in the sector.
We work with a number of partner organisations to publicise their roles and in 2019, we commenced our partnership with Aston Charles Recruitment Consultancy to support multicultural recruitment in the insurance industry.
Through a wide range of available job posts, iCAN Members can apply directly for new roles, and achieve new career heights.
