Meet our partner networks
The Inclusion@Lloyd’s Partner Network initiative supports cross-market networks within the insurance market that focus on specific diversity and inclusion needs. Inclusion@Lloyd’s brings the Partner Networks together, promoting collaboration and connections across the insurance sector. The Partner Networks help develop initiatives, host events, and share best practice guidance for D&I within and beyond the London Market, across the UK and internationally.

The Gender Inclusion Network
The Gender Inclusion Network for Insurance aims to leverage diversity and inclusion to produce tangible business results that drive cultural change both within their respective organisations and across their industry. The committee is made up of representatives from the internal Gender Networks from a number of insurance firms. Membership is open to both women and men across the insurance industry who want to take positive action to improve the gender balance within the industry.
The Insurance Disability, Ability & Wellbeing Network
iDAWN’s mission is to help people thrive by providing a support network for mental ill health and disability within the insurance sector. Its focus is on promoting wellbeing and proactive personal resilience, encouraging open discussions about how to improve mental health and disability inclusion.
Insurance Families Network
IFN’s mission is to make the insurance industry as family friendly as possible – allowing all those with family and caring responsibilities to reach their full career potential, achieve a happy, healthy and productive work and family life and feel truly included.
The LGBT Insurance Network
Link is a professional network for members of the LGBT+ community and their allies who work in the insurance sector. Link’s mission is to create and maintain workplaces that attract and retain the best LGBT+ talent to the insurance industry. Link works towards this goal through a lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender lens, while being inclusive of all types of diversity.
The Next Generation Insurance Network
NGIN empowers young insurance professionals by providing professional development and networking opportunities through an annual programme of events. It represents all those who consider themselves to be a young insurance professional with no age limit.
