iCANConnect
Sharing best practices for a brighter tomorrow
Connect with D&I network leaders across the insurance sector
Designed to create a safe space for D&I network leaders across the insurance sector, iCANConnect was developed in July 2020 to connect network leads and heads to discuss key industry issues and best practices.
Diversity & inclusion is vital to the success of businesses and the insurance sector as a whole. iCANConnect facilitates conversation and discussions around major issues within D&I and allows participants the opportunity to share their own firm-wide initiatives and learn from others. We believe that sharing information and encouraging dialogue helps create better, more diverse businesses and a more inclusive sector for all.
How can I join a session?
To join an iCANConnect session, you must be a member of iCAN and can get in touch with us via our contact page for more details.
iCANConnect sessions are held every 1-2 months and are open to all D&I network leads and Heads of D&I across the insurance sector, including but not limited to: Insurers, brokers, insurTechs, MGAs, law firms, consultancies/vendors etc. Each iCANConnect session is hosted by different members of the insurance community to encourage participation and discussion on a wide range of key issues.
These are closed sessions not available to the general public. All invites are sent out directly via e-mail. Chatham House rules apply.
