Marsh confirmed as Gold Sponsor for 2023

iCAN is proud to announce our long-term Gold Sponsor Marsh for 2023.

This sponsorship shows that diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the forefront of the values at Marsh. This commitment aligns perfectly with iCAN’s mission to promote cultural awareness and create a more equitable insurance community in the UK.

Marsh have already hosted the iCAN 2023 Lunar New Year event, and are supporting the launch of our Self-Service Mentoring platform INspire at our upcoming Speed Mentoring event on the 22nd of February, 2023.

The Gold Sponsorship

Marsh’s sponsorship will support a wide range of iCAN’s ongoing and newly launched initiatives for 2023. The initiatives include our INspire self-serving mentoring platform and iCANConnect, a safe space for D&I leaders across the insurance industry, as well as our newly launched iCANApply Jobs Board which aims to give more access for our members to opportunities within the insurance industry.

In addition to these three main initiatives, the sponsorship will support the continuation of the iCANVoice Podcast, Coffee with the CEO series, and a range of virtual and in-person events for the 3,500+ members based in the UK and internationally.

Wojciech Ilowski, Industry Operations Leader, Industry Practices at Marsh commented:

“In order to unlock and realise the full potential of diverse talent, the need for cultural preparedness and proficiency is greater than ever before. Our collaboration with Insurance Cultural Awareness Network supports this objective, through initiatives around recruitment, mentoring and education, to name but a few”.
