iCAN is proud to announce that Munich Re has confirmed sponsorship at our Gold level.

This sponsorship is a testament to the commitment Munich Re drives in supporting ethnic minorities and international talent as well as contributing to the UK insurance industry becoming more ethnically diverse.

The iCAN and Munich Re partnership will aim to promote initiatives designed to help ethnic minorities progress into senior roles, and to attract a diverse talent pool to the insurance sector.

The sponsorship

Munich Re’s sponsorship will support a wide range of iCAN’s ongoing and newly launched initiatives. These initiatives include our INspire self-serving mentoring platform and iCANConnect, a safe space for D&I leaders across the insurance industry, as well as our iCAN Apply Jobs Board which aims to give more access for our members to opportunities within the insurance industry.

In addition to these three main initiatives, the sponsorship will support the continuation of the Coffee with the CEO series and a range of virtual and in-person events for our 8,000+ members based in the UK and internationally.
