Over the last year, and through the pandemic, many of us have become more aware of the importance of mental health and wellbeing. In support of this, and in honour of May’s Mental Health Awareness Week (May 10-16), iCAN has partnered with Dr Subashini M, Associate Medical Director at Aviva Health and Protection, to share her top 10 tips to prioritise your mental health. Over the next couple months, we will be sharing a series of 10 short videos with Dr Suba on our website and through our social media channels covering a wide range of mental health topics.

Whether it is self-care, mastering your mind, knowing yourself or even the importance of gut-health for your mental health, Dr Suba will share knowledge, hints and practical tips so you can be more mindful of your mental health and prioritise it on a daily basis. We hope you enjoy the series!
