We are iCAN – an independent network supporting the careers and progression of people of colour and international employees in the Insurance sector. We have been running for 7 years, with nearly 10,000 members with 4 Chapters/Hubs in the UK – London, Birmingham, Manchester & Bristol and we are supported by over 50 corporate firms including Beazley as a key sponsor.

We run events, have our own recruitment service, support firms with mentoring solutions and support services for Employee Resource Groups/Business Resource Groups and we are starting to branch out stateside.
