What is Coffee with the CEO?
In an effort to connect our members and provide them with access to senior executives across the insurance sector, we work with our sponsors and partners to pull together an all-star cast of C-Suite individuals from across the industry to host career sessions with iCAN members. In these sessions they will discuss everything from career advice to their views on the industry and insights into their own career journey – essentially everything you need to empower your own career.

Heather Smith joined AXA in 2024 as CEO of AXA Health after an extensive career at Aviva and Allianz, where she led major business transformations, product development, and marketing. Her expertise spans health insurance, P&C, digital transformation, and customer experience.

Anish Jadav is Chief Underwriting Officer, Retail at AXA XL UK & Lloyd’s, leading underwriting teams across multiple business lines, including Cyber and Mid-Market. He sits on AXA XL’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Board and is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.

The session will open with breakfast at 8:30 am, followed by the discussion at 9:00 am.
