Join us for a thought-provoking session designed specifically for professionals working in DEI, Talent, HR, and employee networks across the insurance sector.
This session explores digital upskilling – this could be anything from understanding how to use new software, learning about data or AI, just feeling more confident using digital tools or transitioning into a digital role.
Why this matters:
As AI and digital tools reshape the workplace, many employees are asking: “Will my role still exist in 5 years? How do I stay relevant?” This event tackles these questions head-on.
This event spotlights Aviva’s Foundry, a leading internal upskilling programme that has helped employees grow confidence, shift into digital roles, and build skills for the future. Hear directly from the Foundry Lead, a hiring manager championing the initiative, and a participant who made a successful career move as a result.

About iCAN CONNECT
Designed to create a safe space for DEI network leaders across the insurance sector, iCAN Connect was developed in July 2020 to connect network leads and heads of DEI, HR and Talent to discuss key industry issues and best practices.
iCAN Connect facilitates conversation and discussions around major issues within DEI and allows participants the opportunity to share their own firm-wide initiatives and learn from others.
The group now stands at just under 400 strong from across the industry.
We believe that sharing information and encouraging dialogue helps create better, more diverse businesses and a more inclusive sector for all.
