iCAN in collaboration with the Race & Ethnicity Network Leaders across the industry (iCANConnect) seek to keep the focus on racial equity and ensuring racial discrimination is not (again) tolerated in the way we work and interact.
Our exciting panel of guests from across the insurance industry, as well as Raj Tulsiani of Green Park recruitment consultancy, will openly share their perspectives on what has been done since BLM catalysed activism and corporate actions last year, where we are now as an industry on the topic of race and ethnicity (with a particular spotlight on black professional development) and the outlook for the future.

Much like the pandemic, the Black Lives Matter was a force for change in how we think, how we live, how we work and for wider society and our future. It is by no coincidence that we are hosting this event during Race Equality Week. We want to explore what BLM continues to mean for all of us in insurance, how we can improve ethnic diversity and racial inclusion across the insurance industry.
