Here at Ardonagh Advisory, we are launching a new and exciting Emerging Careers Programme, giving you the opportunity to unlock all those hidden skills and potential, that you never knew you had.
Starting in September 2022, you will begin to build a successful career through our robust induction before embarking onto our Apprenticeship programme. Yes, there will be lots to learn but don’t worry, you will be supported throughout your journey to help you to be outstanding in your career in Insurance.
Making sure you are prepared to succeed through our eight-week induction and on-boarding programme, that will see you learn and develop your knowledge and skills that will be crucial for the role of Apprenticeship Account Handler. You will be supported through experienced mentors and buddies throughout your Apprenticeship journey. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn whilst learning great skills and setting solid foundations for your career ahead.
Following a successful induction, you will undertake an 18-month apprenticeship programme which will provide supported studying towards achieving a level 3 qualification in Insurance. Once you have obtained your Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) certification, this will enable you to evolve and flourish in Ardonagh Advisory through our internal talent programmes in areas such as Leadership, Sales and Insurance to name a few.
