Claims Handler - Remote

The main responsibilities of the Claims Handler - Motor FNOL role for Ageas UK are:

  • You will be first point of contact via the telephone with our policy holders to provide a high-quality claims service that strives for excellence.

  • Dealing with claims in the correct manner in accordance with all guidelines (Don’t worry - full training will be given)

  • Ensure accurate input of customers details, recording all relevant information relating to the claim.

  • Identifying indicators of fraud and using questioning techniques to decide if the claim can be progressed or needs to be referred.

  • ​Compliance with all company and Industry regulations.

  • Ensuring you are treating customers fairly and acting in a professional manner.

  • Handling a large volume of calls to a high standard consistently.
