The main responsibilities of the Claims Handler - Motor FNOL role for Ageas UK are:
You will be first point of contact via the telephone with our policy holders to provide a high-quality claims service that strives for excellence.
Dealing with claims in the correct manner in accordance with all guidelines (Don’t worry - full training will be given)
Ensure accurate input of customers details, recording all relevant information relating to the claim.
Identifying indicators of fraud and using questioning techniques to decide if the claim can be progressed or needs to be referred.
Compliance with all company and Industry regulations.
Ensuring you are treating customers fairly and acting in a professional manner.
Handling a large volume of calls to a high standard consistently.
