On the 2nd of December, 2020, Broker Exchange will be going virtual this year and is hosting multiple panels throughout the event, including 'Agents of Change: Inclusion and Diversity in the Insurance Workforce'.

Gareth Mutema, Pauline Miller, Karen Graves, Abbhi Bala ACA and Yvonne Smyth will discuss if the ongoing pandemic will help or hinder the progress made on diversity.

The panel will also highlight the benefits and successes of a diversified and inclusive workforce and questioning, if firms should do more.
