Celebrating Jimmy Kumar’s Incredible Achievement for Ambitious about Autism

We are thrilled to celebrate an outstanding achievement by our iCAN Birmingham Lead, Jimmy Kumar, who recently took on an exhilarating challenge for an incredible cause.

Jimmy successfully completed an abseil down the iconic Lloyd's of London building, raising more than double his original fundraising target for Ambitious about Autism, the National Charity for autistic children and young people. His inspiring effort not only raised significant funds but also brought much-needed awareness to a cause that champions the rights of autistic children and creates opportunities for them to thrive.

A Heartfelt Thank You from Jimmy

Reflecting on his experience, Jimmy said:

"I can't believe I did it - there's nothing you can't achieve! I am proud to say I successfully completed my abseil down the iconic Lloyd's of London building in support of Ambitious about Autism. My heart rate and anxiety levels were off the scale, but if you believe you will achieve. Thank you to everyone for their outstanding support, which has been overwhelming."

Supporting a Vital Cause

Ambitious about Autism provides essential services, raises awareness, and campaigns for change to support autistic children and young people across the UK. By taking on this challenge, Jimmy has contributed to their mission of making a lasting impact on the lives of many.

There's still time to support Jimmy and this amazing cause. Every contribution helps further the work of Ambitious about Autism in creating opportunities for young people on the autism spectrum.
